At Marigolds we believe that everyone has the right to live an independent life, however some people need a little support in order to live independently. Our independent living assistants provide practical assistance and personal care services to individuals in their own home, helping them to get the most out of life. The role entails person centred care which may include; washing, dressing, meal preparation, housework and medication prompts. This is a worthwhile opportunity that will enable you to provide support to people that may have no else to rely on for support, people who will be genuinely grateful for the support and care YOU will provide. Experience is not essential, as we will support you in the training you will need. Various shifts are available 7 days a week. You must be over 18 and able to drive. All appointments are subject to an Enhanced CRB Disclosure and satisfactory references.
